1. Was launched by the USSR. The only part which was not delivered by the USSR and later Russia, was the special docking module which came with a Space Shuttle, to make more visits of space shuttles during the shuttle-mir program possible.
3. Was launched by the USSR alone.
4. Was again, launched by the USSR, the first Interkosmos flight happened in 1978.
